Thank you for dropping in on my web site.  I wanted to have a place where people not only could look up properties, but also find a site that was fun and informative, and I hope that I have accomplished this for you.

    First, let me say that I became a proud addition to the North Georgia Mountains after my wife, of 25 years, and myself, found ourselves looking around our once quaint, small town of Vero Beach, Florida, and we realized that we were right in the middle of an explosive growth pattern that left Vero Beach unrecognizable. It was at that time we decided to find a friendly small town where we could experience the four seasons, and was geographically located to provide a jumping off point to many different places. We began our search using the internet, and found the Blue Ridge Mountains. Thinking this might be just the place to settle, we made arrangements to visit the area several times to see if the Blue Ridge Mountains would be the area for our future.

    Well, as you have probably figured out, this was indeed exactly what we were looking for, so we packed up our belongings and moved to the Blue Ridge area. We were fortunate to find a Mountain View lot in Blairsville that we purchased, and after a while we went ahead and built our home on it.

    After I made the commitment to move to North Georgia, the real estate broker who sold us our lot asked if I would consider getting into the real estate business. Given my diversified career background managing an air conditioning business throughout the 1980’s to working for a private school as the Physical Plant Coordinator for the past fifteen years, I never expected to have the opportunity to pursue something that I always wanted to do, but never dreamed of happening, combining my skills of communication, my love of people, along with my love of the land, to help others find that special property that will “Make Dreams Realty.”
